By purchasing, downloading, or activating ZeroBloat (the "Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.
Subject to your plan, ZeroBloat Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Plugin on the number of WordPress sites specified in your plan. License keys are personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without prior written consent.
You may not: (a) decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Plugin or its source code; (b) use the Plugin to build a competing product; (c) circumvent license activation or usage limits; (d) use the Plugin in any way that violates applicable laws.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — no partial refunds are issued for the remaining period (see our Refund Policy).
All code, designs, and documentation remain the exclusive property of ZeroBloat Ltd. Content you create using the Plugin remains yours.
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLUGIN WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEROBLOAT LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
